Opportunities and challenges for early career researchers and innovators
The Careers Programme is an integral component of ESOF 2016 and will provide opportunities for delegates to engage with one another to reflect and develop ideas on issues affecting early career researchers, industrial researchers and careers.
This programme will also discuss the need to create attractive and sustainable career conditions for European researchers and innovators, and develop the potential of researchers to achieve impact and drive change.
The Programme will include contributions from individuals, groups of researchers, organisations employing researchers and organisations involved in training and career development in the fields of science and innovation. Sessions will be engaging and innovative and contribute to one of these three components:
1. Developing a Career with Sustainable and Transformational Potential
2. Early Career Research Sessions: Science as Revolution
3. Developing Networks and Opportunities for Innovative Collaboration
