Professor Martin Andler is Vice-President of EuroScience and Professor of Mathematics at the University of Versailles St Quentin.
Dr Gail Cardew is Director of Science and Education at the Royal Institution, Chair of the ESOF Supervisory Board and former Vice President of EuroScience.
Stephen Curry is Professor of Structural Biology and the Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Life Sciences at Imperial College London.
Professor Kirsten Drotner is Chair of Media Studies at the University of Southern Denmark and is founding director of the Danish Research Centre on Education and Advanced Media Materials and Chair of the Scientific Committee for the Humanities at Science Europe.
Pavel Exner is Scientific Director at Doppler Institute for Mathematical Physics & Applied Mathematics and president of the European Mathematical Society.
Václav Hampl is the Chairperson for the Committee on EU Affairs and has been a member of EUA’s Research Policy Working Group and the principal policy making body for research in the Czech Republic since 2009 and 2010 respectively.
Professor Marja Makarow is Vice-President of the Academy of Finland and member of the Governing Board of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology EIT.
Ehsan Masood is a science writer, journalist, broadcaster, and editor of Research Fortnight and teaches International Science Policy at Imperial College London.
Professor Luke O'Neill is Professor of Inflammation Research and was appointed to the Chair of Biochemistry at Trinity College Dublin in 2008 and is Academic Director of the Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute.
Professor Gunnar Öquist is a professor of Plant Physiology at Umeå University. He is also Chair of the Science Advisory Board of the Knut & Alice Wallenberg Foundation, member of the ERC’s Expert Group for Program Monitoring & Evaluation.
Professor Alain Peyraube has been a Research Fellow at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique since 1975 and Visiting Professor & Visiting Scholar at Cornell University (Hu Shih Chair).
Professor John Sweeney has been at NUI Maynooth since 1978, and contributed to the Fourth and Fifth Assessment Reports of the IPCC for which he shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize.
